Notice that the 43 escaped monkeys are located in the town of Yemassee (Yemassee=43).
The facility is located at Castle Hall Rd., another 43.

The escape happened on November 6, or 11/6, like 116 (Alpha Genesis=116).
Notice how they compare this to Jumanji, and the film by that name came out in ’95, going with the address of Alpha Genesis being located at building 95 (hello, Jesuits…).
12 Monkeys also released in 1995.
In the TV adaptation the story begins in the year 2043, emphasis on ’43.
Perhaps there is something to the country being 248 years old, because the town ties in.
