Let’s start with a definition of “wilful blindness”.
Willful blindness or Wilful blindness (sometimes called ignorance of law, willful ignorance or contrived ignorance or intentional ignorance or Nelsonian knowledge) is a term used in law to describe a situation in which a person seeks to avoid civil or criminal liability for a wrongful act by intentionally keeping themself unaware of facts that would render him or her liable or implicated. Holding governments accountable, should not be melded with racism. Many Chinese Canadian suffer from corrupt activity of China. An open society must not be exploited by dictatorial regimes to monitor the diaspora communities and to spread its anti-democracy propaganda. The CCP has established increasingly powerful and brutal totalitarianism domestically and has become more and more aggressive in the international stage and a threat to global freedom.
Free countries should re-examine their China policy and stand up to the CCP’s infiltration, erosion, and bullying before it is too late. The world should support the suppressed people and the courageous freedom fighters.
Chinese gangs have infiltrated BC casinos, using them for money-laundering and drug trafficking. It is believed and proven in some respects that the CCP is aware and may be a player in the activities of these gangs. And it seems the RCMP are not able to crackdown on this illegal activity because the BC government, the Liberals, benefit from the revenue generated at these casinos. The worst areas are Vancouver and Richmond in BC; Toronto, Ontario; and Montreal, Quebec.
China’s financial elite have close ties to organized crime and it is also known the cartels are close to Chinese networks. Jet set Chinese high-rollers, so much cash, super cars, and empty condos are all red flags and in BC the red flags are bigger.
Canada is a nation with blinders on and the population is clueless about international criminals who were secretly connected to foreign states. China is involved with drug trafficking, such as fentanyl pills, and underground banking and human trafficking for the sex trade. These crimes could not happen without the blessings of officials in China. These things do not happen without Beijing knowing. Also, boat loads of Chinese migrants have been smuggled into BC.
Real estate money-laundering has caused housing prices to be out of reach for most Canadians. Blocks of prime property have been bought in Vancouver.
The U.S. State Department believes the Belt and Road Initiatives are a major vector for Chinese espionage and trade-based money-laundering. It is also believed the China is weaponizing fentanyl.
The Canadian government has ignored warnings. Why is that? Please read the book Wilful Blindness by Sam Cooper. It is a must read for those who want to know more about the criminal organization called the CCP and the gangs involved, such as The Big Circle Boys and Triads.
