President Joe Biden’s younger brother, Francis “Frank” Biden, was spotted partying maskless in Miami Thursday night at Floyd Mayweather’s birthday.
According to Page Six, the crowd was mostly maskless, and Frank stopped to pose for pictures, showing no concern for social distancing.

President Biden has frequently encouraged face mask-wearing, and on his first day in office signed an executive order mandating face masks on federal properties.

Sources told Page Six that the venue was at 30% capacity and Frank has been fully vaccinated and wore a mask when he was not taking pictures. Other sources reported to Page Six that attendees were tested for COVID-19 before the party and were provided with masks on arrival.
