San Diego County has been taken off the watch list, but there are zero “guidelines” given as to how/when businesses may reopen. Wooten won’t take initiative and instead says it’s the states responsibility as to fate of these businesses. Imagine being an impacted business in limbo while those in leadership positions play the waiting game over countless fates. Like many things these days, it’s simply not fair.
