Matthew DePerno, constitutional lawyer, reveals new evidence out of Antrim County, Michigan that definitively proves the election was subverted for Joe Biden.

“We’ve discovered the actual fraud,” DePerno said. “It is subversion.”

DePerno told War Room, Monday, voting machines were intentionally manipulated to subvert “critical errors” that otherwise would have shut down the election. Votes went from the Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen to Donald Trump to Joe Biden, before disappearing and found counted in the “under vote” category.

“If that actually happened then the election would shut down,” DePerno said. But it didn’t, and the machines kept counting.

“They subverted the critical errors intentionally and allowed the election to continue,” he said.

“That means fraud in the coding process, fraud in the election reporting process, fraud in the results reporting process, and fraud by the Secretary of State in Michigan when she declared this to be the safest election in the history of the country and this was human error,” DePerno said.

DePerno’s new bombshell evidence comes the same day he is fighting in court for standing. DePerno argued he has a good case, since in 2018 Michigan changed its state constitution to allow any voter the ability to challenge election results.

The machine fraud comes after DePerno’s team discovered hard evidence of fraud in Antrim County, including 100 percent turnout of 80-year-old voters, and numerous ballots from P.O. boxes, which is illegal.
