In 2017, Mr. Guo Wengui declared war on the Chinese Communist Party with great courage. He has good intelligence and eloquence. Therefore, he became the primary target of the CCP’s overseas “Operation Fox Hunt”.
According to a July 22 report by Propublica, the Chinese Communist Party is not only using its anti-corruption campaign to crack down on its opponents at home, but it is extending this model overseas. They conduct transnational terrorist activities through so-called “Operation Fox Hunt”.
“Operation Fox Hunt” began in 2014. It is a special operation by the Chinese Communist Party to hunt down people who have fled to foreign countries. It targets political dissidents and financial criminals. Over the past seven years, the Fox Hunt team has tracked hundreds of individuals. Threats, harassment, surveillance and intimidation have been used to track down their targets. In countries such as Vietnam and Australia, they have directly abducted their prey.
Of particular importance is the pursuit of dissidents around the world. This also includes Tibetans, Hong Kongers, followers of the Falun Gong religious movement, and Uighurs. In August 2015, when President Xi Jinping’s visit to the United States ended, the CCP issued a Red Notice to a dissident. The reason was that he criticized Xi Jinping during a protest in Seattle.
The persecution of Mr. Guo goes far beyond the above. It can be called “shocking”. It is the greatest in the history of the Communist Party of China.

- In 2019, the Washington-area investigation firm Strategic Vision US LLC sued Mr. Guo for being a spy for the Chinese Communist government.

Looking at this series of numbers, it is hard to imagine how much pain Mr. Guo is hiding in his heart!
