Social Conformity?

Approximately 33% of the time the test subject went along with the social pressures of the incorrect answer from the rest of the group.

The percentage dropped to nearly 10% when another test subject spoke up and said the correct answer against the rest of group.

“Conformity can be influenced both by a need to fit in and a belief that other people are smarter or better informed.” (Cherry)
